Welcome to the 2025-2026 Managers & Off-Ice Volunteers Registration!

This registration session will allow you to complete contact information, and sign up as a volunteer with PAHA. Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately. 

All PAHA administrators, managers & off-ice volunteers with access to USA Hockey participants must complete this form each season. All forms will be submitted to our registrar and filed with the respective teams in their managers book.

All applicants must pass a required background check through USA Hockey, and must complete all required USA Hockey requirements and training programs by the required dates.

Each Volunteer must register first with USA Hockey and then return to this Registration Session to signup for the  season.

• Step 1:  CLICK HERE to go to USA Hockey Registration and register as a volunteer. Be sure to PRINT and SAVE their confirmation code(s). 

• Step 2:  Return to this registration and proceed. Later in this registration session you will need to enter the USA Hockey Confirmation Code that you received in Step 1.
